David L. Vosvick II is the Vice President of Human Resources for Pepco Holdings and Exelon Utilities. Pepco Holdings, the parent company of Pepco, an electric utility serving Washington, D.C., and suburban Maryland; Delmarva Power, an electric and gas utility serving Delaware and portions of the Delmarva Peninsula; and Atlantic City Electric, an electric utility serving southern New Jersey. Vosvick is responsible for all of the company’s human resources and occupational health services activities for the utilities operating in all service areas. Pepco Holdings is a subsidiary of Exelon Corporation, one of the nation’s leading energy services companies.
Before being named Vice President of Human Resources in 2017, Vosvick served as Vice President of Human Resources for BGE. He also served as Vice President of Talent Management, Learning, and Organizational Development for Constellation Energy. Vosvick joined Constellation Energy in 2005 as an executive in Corporate HR and Strategic Staffing. He has over 27 years of HR experience and has spent numerous years before joining Constellation in executive leadership positions. As a Senior Vice President for MBNA America Bank in Texas, Maryland, and Delaware, Vosvick oversaw strategic human resource initiatives as a regional executive and at the corporate headquarters.
