Kristina is an experienced fundraising professional and strategist with over 20 years of progressive nonprofit leadership experience and a strong passion for ensuring there is access and opportunity for individuals to connect with non-profits—especially arts organizations – on the east coast

With a keen understanding of donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship, she has helped organizations thrive by fostering strategic philanthropic partnerships. Kristina most recently served as the Chief Development Officer at the Columbia Museum of Art in in South Carolina. Prior to that she worked at Apollo Theater in New York City, the African American Museum in Philadelphia, the Reginald F. Lewis Museum of Maryland African American History and Culture, and the National Park Foundation.

Some of Palmer’s accomplishments include raising funds for a capital campaign and establishing fundraising campaigns resulting in gifts totaling over $20 million. The most satisfying part of being a development leader to Kristina is connecting people and companies to a mission they have a natural affinity for and establishing long standing partnerships.

Kristina collects artwork by African American artists and enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, and attending concerts in her spare time. As a proud native of Philadelphia, she is an avid fan of my hometown teams.
