Production
Coming from the world of theatre, Kaitlyn joins TWB after 9 seasons with Milwaukee Repertory Theater. While at Milwaukee Rep she rose through the production management office overseeing numerous productions from musicals to new and devised works. In addition, she worked cross departmentally to orchestrate all production needs for internal and external events including the annual gala fundraiser.
As the head of the production arm for the resident training she worked to redevelop the program to provide more equitable and formalized training including additional access to a wide range of personal development and skill building opportunities.
Prior to her time at Milwaukee Rep, Kaitlyn worked and interned in the production management office of companies around the country including Tech Production Services in NY, the Sarasota Opera, and the La Jolla Playhouse. As a Midwest native, she is excited to return to the first large city she ever called home during a college internship with The Kennedy Center.
She holds an MFA from the David Geffen School of Drama at Yale with a focus on Production Management, a BA and BBA from Western Michigan University with a focus on Business Management and Lighting Design, and is a certified PMP.
