Chelsie Vaillancourt is an arts administrator with a background in orchestral performance, music history, and arts education. Originally from Canada, she completed her studies in flute performance and musicology at McGill University in Montreal. Chelsie joined The Washington Ballet in 2025.

As Operations Coordinator, Chelsie facilitates administrative and building operations at the Ballet and aims to serve as a connecting link between departments throughout the organization.
