Rebekah House was born in Washington, DC and raised in Baltimore, MD. She now resides in Upper Marlboro, MD with her family and six children. She was introduced to Zumba and it was a life changing experience with her losing more than 55 pounds. She is certified in Zumba Basics 1 and 2, Zumbatomic for kids, Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao (Chair Zumba), Step Zumba 1&2 and Aqua Zumba and is also ACE certified. Rebekah works to empower other individuals in attaining their goal weight through dance, fitness and healthful eating.
