The Washington Ballet is grateful to all our generous supporters. Please find the following policies regarding donor listings in a variety of mediums. These policies are reflective of industry standards and comparable ballet companies across the country.

Programs for Season Productions

  • Each program listing encompasses a full year of contributions, beginning one year and one month from opening night, and concluding one month before opening (due to printing schedules).
  • A QR code will be present at the bottom of the program, allowing patrons to view the full list of donors (including fundraising event sponsors).

If you are interested in making an in-kind donation to The Washington Ballet, please contact development@washingtonballet.org. The Washington Ballet can either accept an in-kind donation or graciously decline based on the needs of the organization. A donor must submit written documentation outlining the value of the In-Kind donation to receive a tax-letter from The Washington Ballet.

Please note, In-Kind donations cannot be used toward a giving level to receive tangible benefits at The Washington Ballet. Accepted In-Kind donations will be acknowledged in programs and donor boards at season productions.

Our updated giving levels are based on feedback from our community to include the benefits that are most valued by our patrons. It is designed to deepen members’ relationship with TWB and ensure the long-term financial support that will allow TWB to achieve its mission.
