This is a total-body conditioning class inspired by dancers, but applicable to all body types and ages. This class focuses on developing more range of motion and strength for joints, as well as toning, refining, and lengthening key muscle groups used in dance. This is a perfect addition to your weekly schedule to build strength or to take as a warm up before entering a full ballet class.
