TWB will not be holding open auditions for the 2017-18 season.
The Washington Ballet auditions are intended for classically trained dancers with performance experience with a professional company or school. Repertoire includes classical works such as Swan Lake, Giselle and Don Quixote, materials by George Balanchine and Jerome Robbins and works by some of the world’s most exciting choreographers working today.
TWB is not currently holding Company auditions for 2017-18, but you may submit audition materials for consideration to have an in-class audition for the company, studio company or trainee program. Once you have submitted the materials as outlined below, they will be reviewed by the artistic team for consideration. If there is interest, you will hear from TWB’s company manager; please refrain from follow-up emails and phone calls.

Your audition application will not be processed if the requested materials have not been submitted.
The Washington Ballet is a professional company and the artists of the Company are presented an American Guild of Musical Artists (AGMA) 35-week contract (min).
