Major Gifts Officer
In December 2021, Kayla joined The Washington Ballet as the Major Gifts Officer. A lifelong balletomane, this role combines her passion for ballet with her meaningful experience working on fundraising campaigns at various non-profit organizations. Her recent experience at the Amputee Coalition included growing the corporate council and developing pipelines for new growth. Kayla has experience working in various capacities at the Kennedy Center in the press and development offices with an eye towards cross-institution coordination and stewardship Early in her career, Kayla worked at the Jacob’s Pillow Dance Festival managing media relations and community outreach events.
