Yolanda is an experienced and results-driven leader with over 20 years of consulting experience in the financial regulatory and banking, health, energy, and non-profit sectors. She is currently a Client Partner at Slalom, LLC, a Seattle-based, privately-held global strategy and technology consulting firm. Prior to joining Slalom, Yolanda spent over 17 years at Booz Allen Hamilton where she was a Managing Director leading government-wide transformations and modernizations. At Slalom, Yolanda also serves on the firm’s Anti-Racism Action Committee established in the wake of social unrest and injustice. She is spearheading major initiatives at Slalom with local and national nonprofits to build pathways to a better future for underrepresented and marginalized communities and people. A wife and mother, Yolanda can be found most weekends watching her daughter, Olivia, play lacrosse and field hockey. Olivia, a freshman at St. John’s Catholic High School, is her greatest joy and accomplishment. Yolanda holds a B.S. in Economics and an M.S. in Public Policy & Finance. She is a Woodrow Wilson Policy Fellow and is deeply interested in the impact of policy decisions in communities.
