Molly Hohlt

Molly Hohlt, was born in Washington, DC and began her formal ballet training at the age of nine at The Washington School of Ballet. While at The Washington School of Ballet, she trained with Mary Day and Lupe Serrano, eventually graduating from the Pre-Professional Division. During her nine years at the school Hohlt performed in numerous student soloist roles in both the Young Dancer Group and with The Washington Ballet Company. She continued her training while in college and graduate school, dancing at the Inland Pacific Ballet with Victoria Koenig and Ballet Theatre of Boston with Jose Mateo. Hohlt performed as a guest soloist for The Central Maryland Youth Ballet. She has a B.A. in Psychology and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work and is an elected member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honor’s Society.

Hohlt has been a faculty member at TWSB since 2012, most recently serving as the Manager of Faculty of the Lower Division. She is also a Children’s Ballet Mistress for The Nutcracker.
