Studio Rentals

The Washington Ballet has multiple studios at the NW and SE campuses that are available for rehearsal and audition rentals. Our studios are climate controlled and equipped with pianos, sprung floors with vinyl overlay, ballet barres, mirrors, and sound systems.

Studio Rental Rates 2023-2024

Rental fees:  

  • Independent artist rate $40.00 per hour
  • Nonprofit organization rate $85.00 per hour
  • Commercial rate $150.00 per hour
  • TWB/TWSB alum rate $25.00 per hour

Security/facilities/cleaning flat fee charge: $100 flat fee for auditions and events

Floor covering: $400 per studio; required if food and beverage served

Front desk reception: $25/hr; required for large auditions and events taking place after hours

All renters are required to sign a rental agreement and provide full payment prior to the rental date. Renters are also required to provide a certificate of insurance or sign a liability waiver.
