Adult barre is a full body workout for all levels designed to strengthen and tone through a series of low impact, isometric, and mindful movements. The workout utilizes the ballet barre and also includes floor work with core-based conditioning, free weights, and stretching. This sculpting workout will leave you feeling stronger and more limber with every class.
