Carolina Tavarez
CAROLINA TAVAREZ, of the Dominican Republic, is in her first season with TWB’s Studio Company. She started dancing at age eight and at age 11, began training at Ballet Contempora with Alfa Rodriguez. At 17, she was awarded a full scholarship to TWSB with Kee Juan Han, Carlos Valcárcel and Kristy Windom. She has participated in competitions and festivals in the DR, Cuba, Canada, and placed in the top 12 at the 2009 YAGP Regionals in Torrington, CT.
