Marcella Paiva
MARCELLA PAIVA, of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, is in her first season with the Studio Company. She began her classical ballet studies with Silvana Andrade School of Ballet at age seven. Ms. Paiva joined the corps de ballet of The Municipal Theatre of Rio de Janeiro in April 2008. Ballets performed with the company include The Nutcracker, Giselle, Swan Lake and Coppelia under the direction of Dalal Aschcar. She was a member of ABT II from February 2010 until May 2011.
