Schedule change? We are happy to exchange your tickets for the same production at no additional charge.
If you are unable to attend an entire production, you can exchange into another production for a $10 fee.

For all productions:
If your current tickets are for a performance more than 2 weeks away:
Mail this completed form with your tickets to The Washington Ballet or
Fax this completed form with a copy of your tickets cut in half to 202.362.1311 or
Email a scanned attachment of your tickets cut in half along with your exchange request to subscriptions@washingtonballet.org.
If your current tickets are for a performance less than 2 weeks away:

Exchanges can be made up to 48 hours before the performance you want to exchange out of, or by noon Friday for weekend performances. After these deadlines, you may only donate the tickets for a tax credit.
Exchanges into higher priced performances or sections must include the price difference per ticket. The Washington Ballet does not issue refunds for less expensive tickets.
Note: the Warner Theatre and The Harman Center for the Arts cannot process ticket exchanges in person at their box offices.
