We hope you were SPELLBOUND by our 2011.2012 Season with The Washington Ballet's outstanding dances. If you missed this season, then you certainly missed a treat of irresistible productions and mesmerizing dance.

The Washington Ballet opened our SPELLBOUND season with the return of the critically acclaimed audience favorite, The Great Gatsby, which reverberated with the exuberance of the Roaring Twenties' jazz age. Paying tribute to America's high priestess of dance, Twyla Tharp, our outstanding dancers performed three masterworks that display the breathtaking diversity of this legendary choreographer's vision in Twyla Tharp: All American. Following our tribute to Twyla, we pulled audiences to the edges of the their seats with an extraordinary trip down the rabbit hole with the world premiere of ALICE (in wonderland). And to end the season with sizzling flavor, a fresh celebration of Latin American music and dance with Noche Latina!

We are so fortunate that you were able to join us this season! Feel free to experience the magic all over again by visiting our photo and video galleries!
